Stuffed Dates-Hormone Heaven

A Vegan Option!

Ingredients

  • 4 – 5 tbsp. water

  • 1 tbsp. chia seed

  • 3 tbsp. shredded coconut

  • 3 tbsp. toasted walnut pieces

  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame

  • 14-15 pitted dates

Directions

1.     Soak chia seed in the water for a few minutes until it becomes like gel

2.     Add all other ingredients and mix very well

3.     With a knife, open each date, and using a small spoon, start filling the dates with the stuffing

Tip:    

You may replace the walnuts with toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds for an extra hormone boost.

Each date has about 6 grams = 1.5 teaspoons of sugar. You do not want to over-eat :)
